Heat resistance of synthetic resin tiles

One of the main functions of roof tiles is heat insulation. After all, there are several months of weather in a year that are very hot, especially in some areas with long sunshine and strong ultraviolet rays. The heat insulation effect of roof tiles will be severely tested. So how is the heat resistance of synthetic resin tiles with excellent performance in all aspects?

The thermal conductivity of synthetic resin tiles is 0.325W/m.k, which is about 1/310 of clay tiles, 1/5 of cement tiles, and 1/2000 of 0.5mm thick color steel tiles. It can be seen that the heat resistance of synthetic resin tiles is very high. Synthetic resin tiles can not only effectively block the heat from the outside in summer, but also effectively prevent the temperature in the house from being emitted in winter, so as to achieve the effect of heat insulation and heat preservation.

The heat resistance of synthetic resin tiles is closely related to its surface super weather-resistant resin (ASA). The advantages of high-quality ASA fabric are that it can resist degradation, aging, and fading caused by ultraviolet radiation and provide strong protection against high temperatures caused by oxidation in the atmosphere. This dramatically enhances the anti-aging, weather resistance, and color durability of synthetic resin tiles and has good high-temperature resistance.
