In the market, two common engineered resin materials are ASA and ABS, which have obvious differences in quality, weather tolerance and price. This is because the high quality ASA engineering resin can ensure the long-term stability and durability of the synthetic resin tile, using it for decades without fading and aging phenomenon. In contrast, although the poor quality of ASA engineering resin is cheap, but its weather resistance and anti-aging performance is poor, easy to fade and aging, can only maintain a service life of several years or so. ABS is cheaper, but it has a relatively short life, is easy to fade and crack.

Finally, when choosing synthetic resin tiles, we need to pay attention to distinguish the difference between new materials, filler materials and recycled materials. In general, ABS usually uses recycled materials for production, while ASA mainly uses new materials, but there are also new and semi-new materials.
